From the Emilian tradition handed down this culinary specialty, an extra jam with 170g fruit content on 100g jam, obtained from the fruits of sour cherry, slowly processed immediately after harvesting with no adding of thickeners. Perfect with local cheeses, on ice cream or in the preparation of pies and filled sweets.
Unique in Europe, has obtained the designation I.G.P., who protected the production process and by the imitation. 380g glass vase.
