MOIO GAUR
The Gaurano comes from a particular selection of slightly overripe grapes . After a maceration of 25 days at a controlled temperature , the wine made from it is aged for 18 months in traditional oak casks. It has a ruby red color , intense fragrance reminiscent of wild berries red berry .
The taste has a good balance and a spicy finish .
