"Helle" Spumante di Aglianico Rosè Doc 75 cl Montesole

It is a natural Sparking wine made according to the "Charmat Method", through a secondary fermentation which occurs in specially designed tanks by adding natural yeasts. The base wine, the inimitable Aglianico, dry and robust, is mildened by the sparkling process and the final product is a wrapping wine showing fine, fairly long-lasting bubbles, smooth on the palate, fruity on the nose (red fruit) and of vivid pink colour.

Pleasant as an aperitif, it makes perfect match with food, including fried dishes.

Harvest system Hand - harvesting in 20 kg case Winemaking Short cold maceration, soft pressing, fermentation at controlled temperature. Slow refermentation in autoclave for 9 months. Ageing/refining In bottle for 3 months.

Olfactory characteristic: It has hints of crust of bread, red fruits and pink grapefruit on the nose.

Taste characteristic: The taste is round and smooth on the palate.
