"Cacio" Cheese  and Pepe Cream With Summer Truffle Cream

Creamy condiment from Lazio region and an institution especially in Rome, whose taste is both sharp and refined, based on pecorino romano PDO cheese and pepper. The presence of summer truffle gives an extra touch to a classic sauce of Italian gastronomic tradition.

SUGGESTIONS IN COOKING

  • Warm bread and bruschetta
  • Pasta, preferably long such as spaghetti, fettuccine and tonnarelli
