Grappa "Lo Chardonnay" in Barriques 500 ml Nonino

Slightly amber for the rest in barrique. Refined and elegant, it recalls the scent of bread, vanilla and pastry. In the mouth a scent of chocolate and just shelled almonds.
It should be served at about 12°C or in an icy open tulip shaped glass.

Before tasting, Grappa should rest in the glass for some minutes: taking oxygen the fragrances are exalted and the nose-palate harmony is completed.

PRIMARY PRODUCT: Fresh pomace of Chardonnay grapes from dedicated production zones.
ARTISANAL DISTILLATION: Discontinuous with head and tail cutting, in copper steam stills.
NATURAL AGEING: 12 months in barriques. 0% color additives.
ALCOHOLIC CONTENT:41% vol.
OPTIMUM TEMPERATURE: The varieties in barrique should be served at room temperature in a wide balloon shaped glass.
TASTE: Refined and elegant. Notes of chocolate and newly shelled almonds.

The scent of pastry and just shelled almonds of Grappa Monovitigno® Chardonnay in barriques matches smartly with limoncello and amaretto.
Ingredients:
5 cl Grappa Nonino Monovitigno® Lo Chardonnay Barriques
3 cl Limoncello
2 cl Amaretto
2 cl Galliano
Preparation: Fill all the ingredients in a shaker. Shake and serve in a medium-sized tumbler.
Decorate with a lemon peel.
