ORGANOLEPTICAL FEATURES: The wine has a deep colour with garnet hints. Cherry nuances melt with sweet vanilla notes given by ageing in the wood. In the mouth it is full, powerful and intense with a light and soft tannic structure that enhance a good persistence.
FOOD PAIRING: Ideal on fi rst course based on vegetables typical of the Mediterranean cuisine or on Pasta with tomato and meat sauce. Very good in pair with chicken, turkey, rabbit in italian hunter-style, pizzaiola meat eggplants or zucchini Parmigiana. To be tried on Stockfi sh, or soup of fi shes but excellent on seasoned cheeses and salamis.
