Initial Brut - Blanc de Blancs - Grand Cru 100% Chardonnay It's a wine composed of three successive years with aging on lees in bottle for at least 2 years and a half, during which the bottles are moved and re-stacked in the basement twice, leaving the yeast in suspension and by promoting the maturation, as will be moving bottle after dégorgement à la volée only when the producer will understand that the wine is mature at the right point.
