Orano is a rosé wine produced only with Aglianico grapes which macerate for 12 hours in steel vats.

Rosé wines are very versatile and increasingly appreciated by consumers.
This type of wine is suitable for different types of pairing with food. It is used when the pairing with white wine is too little and the one with red is too much.

Laughter wines have a low tannin content, an appreciable freshness and with a desirable serving temperature similar to that of white wines.

Tasting Notes:

Appearance: deep pink with light strawberry-color hints
Nose: flavours of red berries such as wild berries, raspberry and pomegranate; on the background: floral and tropical notes come along evident primary flavours of the alcoholic fermentation
Palate: typical for a rosè, refreshing, not too alcoholic, with a good balance between the smooth character and the acidity thanks to the careful wine-making and the right skin contact lenght
Food pairing: ideal as aperitif and with raw fish.
Dishes to be paired fried fish, fried artichokes, carpaccio of white fish, pasta with sea urchin or fish eggs, pork salami, sweet&sour pumpkin.
