MATURING PROCESS: 100% stainless steel for about 7 months.
ORGANOLEPTIC EXAM: ruby red color of red fruit aroma of the wood in particular cherry and violet and a dry taste, smooth and velvety.
AGING: It occurs in the bottle for 3 months
