Glorified in legends, the LACRYMA CHRISTI is a wine of worldwide renown. In the version Lacryma Christi Bianco (Tears of Christ bianco) is essentially produced from the variety Coda di Volpe, which is grown on the Vesuvio slopes. Straw yellow colour with delicious floral and spicy aromas and with a mineral finish. It is exceptional with fish.

Harvest system Hand-harvesting in 20-kg case

Winemaking: Cold maceration and fermentation at controlled temerature, soft pressing

Ageing/refining: In steel vat for 2 months,in bottles for 1 month.

Olfactory characteristic: It has harmonious floral flavours with hints of broom, fruity flowers and yellow peach on the nose.

Taste characteristic: The taste is dry, smooth on the palate, with a mineral finish.
