Originating from France, Chardonnay has already been cultivated in South Tyrol for more than 100 years. The vines thrive on warm sites around Bolzano, and yield elegant and balanced wines with a pleasantly incorporated acidity and floral as well as tropical notes.

Cultivating area:Dry and warm soils on the sites around Bolzano between 250 and 500m a.s.l. (1150-1640 ft)

Vinification: Gentle pressing and fermentation in stainless steel; maturation in stainless steel to keep the wine perfectly fresh and crisp.

Tasting notes: 

Color: Straw yellow with golden hues

Aroma: Notes of pineapple, mango and honeydew melon

Flavor: elegantly fresh with a pleasant acidity

Alcohol*: 13,0* %vol

Residual sugar*: 4,1* g/l

Serving temperature: 10-12 °C (50-54 °F)

Food pairing: Pair with light starters, fish and vegetarian dishes.
