How do I place an order on line?

The purchasing process is very simple and to place an order you need to complete the following steps:
1. Add to your shopping cart the items you would like to buy. You can do that visiting the different categories of products, clicking on the cart image near the product you would like to order.
2. Once you have added to the cart the items you would like to buy, click on "Next" button which you find in the Cart section. In this way you will access to the Order page, where you will have to indicate the shipping address of the goods and choose the payment option.
3. Once you have indicated and checked all the data requested in the Order page and after having read and accepted the conditions of sale, click on Send your order to submit your order. If you have chosen to pay by advance bank transfer, you do not need to perform any other operation on the site, while if you have chosen to pay by credit card, you will be directed on the bank secure server where you will conclude the payment.
When your order is completed, you will receive an e-mail for confirmation. |
Who is the responsible for delivery?

Shipping in Italy
Vizi & Sfizi will deliver the purchased products via express courier, which guarantees the delivery, (DHL-AWS) to all national territory, within 24/72 hours starting one day after the day in which the product is loaded and shipped. The delivery will be sent off on work days (Monday through Friday) during work hours (between 9am and 6pm).
Shipping abroad
Vizi & Sfizi entrusts to DHL and UPS it’s shipments in Europe with delivery in 3/6 working days, and the rest of the world with delivery in 7/10 working days. The cost of transport is automatically adjusted in the operating system when purchased. |
How long does delivery take?

Delivery time depends on the final destination. For items in stock, usually you can consider the delivery time indicated in the table below:

Do you accept international orders?

What happens if there is no-one there to accept the delivery?

In cases in which the courier cannot carry out the delivery because of the absence of the addressee, after two attempts they will leave a notice of attempt to deliver with the details of how to contact and obtain the delivery. Vizi & Sfizi will do as much as possible to deliver the products to the consumer in the time indicated above. The consumer is invited to make contact with Vizi & Sfizi in case the delivery is late as well as report any relative dissatisfaction. |
Can I place orders as a Company (ie using a VAT number)?

Yes, in this case you must register on the web site and contact us in order to activate your account as a business customer. We remember you that for customers from a country in the European Community who have the VAT number (business customers), it will not included the VAT rates |

After having carried out the payment please send a copy of the transfer via fax n.081-532.44.55 or via e-mail at info@vizisfizi.com in order be able to follow through with the order.
- Credit Card
The only cards accepted are those attached to the Visa-Mastercard-American Express circuit. This store uses GestPay, the system utilized by Banca Sella for credit card payments made online. The credit card information including dates and account numbers will be sent to Banca Sella through a secure server which utilizes the protocol SSL3 at 128 bits, the highest standard for sending sensitive information through the internet. The protocol SSL is issued , certified and guaranteed by Verisign. And so, all relative data to the credit card come processed exclusively to Banca Sella and ran through the necessary controls to authorize the payment online. Therefore, the shopkeeper themselves will not have access to the relative data on the card, but will still have the necessary information (name, last name, address…) to send the purchased products to your home. One specifies this to avoid mistakes in payments with credit cards which will only be accepted if the owner of the card is the one that has made the order.
- Credit Card via Fax
This mode of payment is reserved for those who prefer not to pay online and see to the sending of a fax to n.+39.081.532.44.55 of every relative pice of data of the buyer’s credit card (16 figure number – expiration date month/year – name of card holder as written on card) permitting Vizi & Sfizi (authorized naturally by the Visa-Mastercard circuit) to carry out the transaction transmitted by POS and the receipt will be sent along with the invoice when shipped.

Should I have to pay for VAT tax?

No, the price you see on the site are inclusive of VAT tax, however VAT tax will be not charged for the destination countries outside European Union. |
Should I pay for custom duties for the delivey in coutries outside European Union?

Yes, custom duties are not included in the amount of your order and must be paid by the customer. |
